Things to know before you visit

• Office Hours of Operation: Tuesday through Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm & Saturdays 8:00am - 3:30pm. Closed Sunday & Monday.

• Online Waitlist  Registration: Opens at 7:00am and will close once capacity is met.

• Walk-ins: We have limited walk-in availability. Please register before arriving.

• Recommendation: Register early due to high demand. Save time and sign up from home - there's no need to register in person.

Important Notes

• Last Individual Applicant: Accepted 20 minutes before closing with all required documents completed upon arrival.

• Confirmation: Following sign-in, a text message will be sent to you with your position in the queue and an approximate wait time.

• Same-Day Service: Only for processing application, not for passport issuance.

• Procesing Times: Check passport processing times, visit website.

• Appointments: Not accepted.
